  https://hhancheycom.wordpress.com/ is still devoid of content a year after it was created. Is that the site you need help with? Free themes for that site are at: https://wordpress.com/themes/free
  PS: Many of those themes have a link at the bottom of the theme description page if you wish to use the theme elsewhere with the WordPress.org software.
