  We are trying to embed a video inside our site. We do have the free version and our live streaming host offers an iFrame as well as a Javascript embed code. I am a little techy but definitely not an expert. Can we embed a live stream video?

  Iframe and javascript aren’t allowed on the wordpress.com platform. You can embed videos from several popular platforms, https://wordpress.com/support/videos/
