    Hi, I was offered free subscription for a year but when I logged in a different day, that offer was gone and I was only offered free domain for $20. Can I get the first offer back?

    Hi there,

    We have offered many promotions here at WordPress.com over the years, sometimes as high as 50% off (usually reserved for Black Friday sales) but we don’t have an current or recent promotions for a full year of free service with our plans.

    It is true that we do offer a free domain (for the first year) if you purchase one of our annual plans, but we do not offer a free trial of the plan itself.

    If I can ask, Can you tell us a bit more about what you are trying to set up? We’re happy to suggest a plan for your needs or clarify that you can do that with a free WordPress.com site without an upgrade.
