I’d like to begin again with a new account

Hi there, there are some options for you.
First, we could delete all the content and such in your existing site and it would be back to what it was when you started. If you wish to use this option, let us know the address of the site you wish to clear the content on and we can do that for you.
Second, you can delete that site from your account and create another new blog and work from there. Note that if you delete the site, that site name cannot be reused by you or anyone else in the future, so you would not be able to use that same site name/address again.
Third, you can close your account and all sites associated with it and then create a new username and site. Do note that if you choose this option, the email address associated with the existing account will not be available to register a new account until after 30 days. Each WordPress.com account has to have a unique email address and we hold deletions for 30 days in case someone would change their mind. And like with the second option above, the site address/name that was on that account would not be available for reuse by you or anyone else.
