I have a question about the wordpress premium solution,
I would like to swith to the wordpress basic, the free solution.
I am wondering if i can manage my blog with the same rules.
If you can answer in French, it will be easier for me !

So when you switch back to WordPress.com (sans Premium) your domain mapping to: wecancan.fr will no longer work. Your site will then be found at wecancan.wordpress.com. However, if you still want to keep the domain mapping so that your site can be found at wecancan.fr, then all you will need is the $13/year Domain Mapping upgrade.
In addition, VideoPress will no longer work, so you will not be able to upload any more videos directly from your computer. Then ones you have uploaded will stay on our site, but you won’t be able to upload more. However, you can still embed Youtube or Vimeo videos for free:

If you want to keep VideoPress alone, it would be $60/year.
Also, Custom Design will no longer be applied meaning that your Custom colors and fonts will no longer appear. I see that you updated your colors and fonts (Museo and Liberation Sans). That will revert to the default themes’ colors and fonts.
If you just want custom design to keep the color/fonts it would be $30/year.
