  Can Front Page be inported to webpress?

  If FrontPage provide the option to export content to an .xml file, it can be imported into a WordPress.com site with these steps:

  Import a Website

  We don’t have a specific importer for FrontPage so you could try using the WordPress importer instead. Without an .xml file, the content would need to be manually copied and pasted into annespuppiescom.wordpress.com.
