Frozen Customise

Hello,
I’m on a WordPress Premium plan and unable to access Customise. Everytime I click on it, it begins loading then freezes. I’ve tried it on the app, on my ipad in safari (moblie & desktop versions) & google chrome and on my laptop and it freezes on all of them.I tried changing the theme and still no luck.
Any advice and suggestions much appreciated!

The Customizer for your site isn’t freezing. It’s just taking extremely long to load.
This is happening because of the number of posts your site is loading on the front page – you have your site set to show 150 posts on the front page, and the Customizer preview simply cannot handle loading all 135 published posts you have so far all at once. It’s not designed to be able to handle that.
Loading that many posts on your front page can have severe implications for your site visitors as well. My browser shows that opening your site’s front page downloads 14MB of data. For someone visiting your site on a mobile device or another slow internet connection that means your front page can take minutes to load. Even on my broadband connection it took almost two minutes, where a well-designed site should load within seconds, if not milliseconds. Then there’s also the actual cost of the data for people on metered internet connections.
Please consider changing that setting on your site, and instead enable the Infinite scroll feature – that will cause older posts to load automatically whenever someone reaches the bottom of the page, but only the first ten or so will load initially.
You can adjust the number of posts that load on the front page and enable infinite scroll at My Site ->Settings ->Writing.
