Frustrated. I need to communicate with someone directly

I reached out once before and the support I received was less than helpful. Apparently I have a url with WordPress barefootkilt.com. WordPress charges my PayPal annually for that url as well as Gsuite. I can’t find a way to access this. I have used all my known logins and emails to no avail. I need WordPress to help me figure out how to access this material or refund me for the years I’ve been charged for these products where I have had no access. Please help me figure this out.

This is the first topic you ever started on the wordpress.com forum. As epected your site barefootkilt.com is connected to another account of yours hunterwalker. As you have a paid plan, you can very easily restore access to that account by following instructions at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

The crux of the issue is that you need to log into the WordPress.com user account that owns barefootkilt.com. The user account you are posting from is sadly not the correct one.
Given that you’ve already tried all the logins you can think of, you’re in a big of a tough spot.
