Frustrating Difficulties in Buying a Domain on WordPress

    Hi. I’m Tobi. I live in Nigeria. For some 5 months now, I’ve been having a hard time with paying for a domain name on WordPress using my credit card. Consequently, I turned to using my PayPal but still to no avail. All I see is a carousel that keeps spinning without processing the payment. Please, what can I do?

    Hi there,

    I can see several failed payments on your account. Those payment failed because they were blocked by PayPal.

    We’re not able to do anything about that, so please contact PayPal support to find our why they are not allowing the payments to go through.

    And your card payments were blocked by your bank. This usually means the card is not enabled for international purchases. Please contact your bank for help with that.
