  How can I get FTP credentials if I’m locked out of WordPress?

  Hi there,

  FTP credentials can only be provided by your hosting provider.

  If you’re not sure who that is, please give the address of the site you’re trying to access and I can help you find out.

  We do not offer any FTP access on WordPress.com, so there’s no way to access the site at http://douglasbtyson.wordpress.com/ via FTP.
