  I need my website ftp details or better still help to clear my themes and plugins as i can’t login into wp dashboard.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  We don’t offer FTP access on WordPress.com, and you don’t have any WordPress.com sites on our Business Plan, which is the only way you could be using plugins. I can access the dashboards for all four sites in your account without problems. I also notice all four sites are empty except for the default content with which they were created.

  If you’re working on a site using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider, please contact that hosting provider directly, as only they can provide you with FTP credentials for their servers.
