  Hi,
  do I need upgrade to bisness plan in order to use filezilla to manage files on my web page? I’ am doing this for learning for now.

  wordpress.com doesn’t offer FTP-access unless You upgraded to the WordPress Business plan or higher

  Please make sure to read the FAQ regarding the SFTP feature as you don’t have full control of your site’s files (e.g. you cannot edit core WordPress files).
