  Hi,
  I am switching hosts to canadianwebhost.ca for my wordpress page denmanprograms.wordpress.com. They have asked me for the FTP. How do I find the FTP? Thank you for your help!

  The free wordpress.com platform doesn’t have FTP. To move your site to a selfhosted wordpress.org, https://move.wordpress.com/
