  I haven’t upgraded yet, but I am looking to start a streaming website. As I was looking for a plugin I found Hapity. The Hapity plugin requires me to input my FTP credentials. Where do I find those when I do upgrade?

  You’ll need a paid Business or eCommerce plan to use both plugins and SFTP.

  Once you have the required plan, you can access SFTP by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/sftp/
