  Hi, I need to setup a ftp account and connect to my server using WinSCP or FileZilla, how can I create an FTP account? I have checked on FAQ section but I could not find my answer.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, WordPress.com doesn’t provide direct file access, so there is no FTP service available.

  Is there anything specific you’re trying to do that I might be able to help you with?

  If you definitely need direct access to your files you could look into a self-hosted WordPress installation. You can learn more about the differences between WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress.org sites.
