FTP domain for my wordpress blog

  I wish to transfer my caracasgringo.com site at wordpress to a new domain and site called caracasgringo.is. The provider in iceland can do the igration of my old caracasgringo.com domain and site to the new caracasgringo.is site. But I need my FTP domain. When I try to get it from my wordpress admin site it directs me to a $300 SFTP upgrade for a business. I don’t want that. my wordpress blod was never a business.
