  I am locked out of my site. How can I know my ftp username and password?

  You don’t have FTP-access on the wordpress.com unless you upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/support/sftp/
  What is the URL of the site you can’t access, cause you don’t need FTP to access a wordpress.com website.

  My site is : livinginsidesuitcase.com
  It is an upgraded plan. I tried to force change http to https and got locked out. I don’t know ftp credentials to retrive files on Filezilla.

  Your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by Godaddy and uses the open source wordpress.org. To know your FTP-credentials, you must contact Godaddy-support.
