FTP login credentials

  Hello, I am receiving the following error after updating plugins:

  ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’

  I have downloaded FileZilla and am trying to use FTP to disable the plugins. However, my normal website credentials are returning a 530 error, ‘Login authentication failed.’

  Please let me know the proper FTP login information, so that I can disable the plugins and restore our website. Thank you.

  Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host childparentpsychotherapy.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.

The good news is that in the meantime your hosting provider may be able to help in this instance, since they would be the one that maintains FTP connections for sites they host directly.
