FTP problems and theme problems

  I bought a new theme called total.
  After installing the theme, I went and installed plugins. Just as I was doing this, since blank. All pages are now blank and can not log in to wordpress.
  Resolving this was so over. FTP to go in and delete the theme. But when I try gives me this message:
  Command: TYPE I
  Response: 200 Type set to I
  Command: PASV
  Response: 227 Entering Passive Mode (86,48,37,39,201,165).
  Command: MLSD
  Response: 500 **** not Understood
  Error: Unable to retrieve folder contents list

  What to do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
