FTP Supplier Integration Help?
-
Hello all! Wishing you a Merry Christmas
I am trying to integrate a suppliers live feed into my website so that It will be available to my customers to purchase through me, the direct quote from the suppliers on how to do this below
“Easily integrate your web store with thousands of suppliers when you connect to our API, all with the ability to customize with your own markup, and filter for the exact types of stones your customers want.
- Receive or retrieve a CSV or XML file from an FTP server
- Download a CSV or XML file through a link
- Access real-time inventory through a GraphQL JSON API”

It then says
“Get a CSV file uploaded to your FTP server. If you don’t have your own server, you can use a server hosted by Nivoda.”
And gives me the option of one hosted by them or another “my own FTP server”
- I have no idea how to get the details of mine / where to find it
- What it will do to the site if I upload it
- Its all completely alien to me
Any help or advice on what these things to, how they would work and what’s the easiest way for me to do it would be really appreciated thank you
