Full Frame theme not working as advertised

    Hello. I purchased the Full Frame theme and I cannot for the life of me get it to work. It doesn’t display properly on mobile devices as advertised and doesn’t work on any computer I try. I have to click on a little infinite symbol for some reason for the content to display the way it does when I hit “preview.” What is the problem. It cant be cookies etc because I did it on a few computers, an ipad etc. Also, why does it not show up properly on an iPod touch (same as iPhone)? 5th generation. If we can’t get this going, I request a refund for the $80 for the theme. Thank you.

    Hi there – sorry to hear you’re having trouble with Full Frame. Each premium theme has its own support forum, where the developers respond directly. Would you mind posting your question in the Full Frame forum?

    If you decide you’re still not happy with the theme, premium themes are fully refundable for up to 30 days after purchase, through your dashboard. Just head over to Store > My Upgrades – and click on the blue “Cancel” link next to the theme you no longer want.
