full refund

  Hi –

  I meant to register at wordpress.org instead of wordpress.com. I cancelled my premium account and want a refund, but I was only given $86 instead of $99. I bought my domain on a separate host, why I am not being refunded the full amount?

  Do you want to use the domain URL that you purchased on the WordPress.ORG site?

  1. What is the domain URL? Do you want to use the domain URL on another site?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?

  1. The domain is selfinpixels.com, I will be using the domain on wordpress.org but I bought the domain through a different host that I will be using

  4. The upgrade was purchased yesterday 11/20/16 at 1:50 pm EST
