  Hi – I was just charged 99 but have cancelled the service and domain name as i no longer have this site. Please can you provide the full refund. thanks

  When did you cancel your site? Full refunds are only provided 48 hours after purchase. If so, I’ve added the modlook tag so the staff can assist you.
