  Hello,

  I was charged £30 for a renewed domain registration that I didn’t realise was automatically renewed.

  I cancelled the subscription and received confirmation I would be refunded £8, however when I cancelled the domain (vibesabroad.com) I never received confirmation that I would receive the remaining £22.

  Can you please confirm that I followed the correct steps? I want to be refunded the full £30 as I am doing nothing with this domain and did not realise the subscription was automatic. I confirmed on another forum on your site where I read that I will be able to receive the full £30 back.
