  Hi, I gave WordPress a try and after several hours, realized that I needed plugins in order to get my site working on mobile devices and this was way out of my budget. I would like a full refund for my subscription and domain name. ($96 + $18)

  You bought your plan and domains on 22 July. Your upgrades were cancelled yesterday on 2 August.

  This is within the 30-day refund period for premium plan you’d bought, but is far beyond the 96-hour refund period on domains, so the $18 and $25 costs for eldoradospringscommunity.com and eldoradosprings.community have not been refunded. We have refunded the non-plan portion of your Premium Plan for $71.

  We can still restore those domains to your account if you still want to use them, but a refund is no longer possible at this point.

  What exactly were you trying to do that require plugins? All themes offered on WordPress.com are mobile-responsive, so you shouldn’t need any plugins at all for your site to work on mobile devices.
