full text instead of excerpt

I’d like my full posts to show, rather than just an excerpt/summary and the read more options, yet even though I have selected the option under the reading settings for the full next to be displayed, it still only shows a summary! I can’t figure this out at all, and can’t find any previous mention of this issue. Is there any way to fix it?

The full text/summary setting in your Reading Settings is actually for controlling your blog’s Feed, rather than how your blog posts appear on the site itself. The Port theme you’re using is designed to only show excerpts (rather than the full text) on the blog page.
