  I am attempting to make one of the pages on my website a full-width one with no sidebar, under the Page Options > Full Blank Square Option. It has worked and still does work for other pages on my site, just not this particular one. I’ve tried clearing cookies and cache but the issue persists.

  Hi there,

  The issue you are describing sounds like it is related to an issue with your theme.
  After looking at the source code of your site it appears you are using the WooHoo theme, yes?

  Unfortunately we’re limited in how we can help because we don’t actually host your site on WordPress.com (Fatcow uses a different version of the WordPress platform) and don’t have access to your server files. We actually don’t offer the WooHoo theme either, which was my other clue.

  However you can reach the folks who created the WooHoo theme here, and they should be able to help.
