Full Width Showing in Preview, but Not On Actual Page?

On the block that shows my latest blog posts, I have the option to make the block full width, and it shows like that on my preview, but not on my actual page.

You have that block set to the Wide Width option, rather than full-width, but the issue here is that the block is nested inside other blocks.
Looking at your page, for that section you have a Group block, inside which is a Layout Grid block, inside which is a single Column block, inside which is a heading block and the Blog Posts block. It’s that Column block that’s preventing the full-width alignment.
Remove that entire Group block from your page, and in its place just add the Blog Posts block without nesting it inside any other block, and the full-width setting will work.
Also note that the Blog Posts block comes with a heading field built in, so you don’t need a separate heading block to add a heading above your posts.
