Fully custom site

  How do​ I do a fully​ customised​ site? The themes don’t​ seem very customisable.
  I want my own look and own fonts.

  As I am only testing WordPress I was told to use the free option.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  To customize your site beyond the options available in individual themes, you’ll need our Premium Plan which includes options for custom colors and modifying your theme using custom CSS:

  Most themes on WordPress.com allow you to switch fonts as well – we have a number of Google fonts available on the free plan, with a number of Typekit fonts added to those on the Premium Plan.

  Change Your Site’s Fonts

  Adding additional fonts beyond those are only possible using plugins or child themes on our Business Plan.

  on the surface of this reply, it would appear that my Wix site is way more customisable.
  I can upload my specific font and can customise the site completely.

  This doesn’t seem right from what I have heard about WordPress.

  I was told to use the free site so that I could get a comparison to Wix before deciding if I should switch to WOrd press.
