  Hi zjhaque,

  No problem — your account shows the Premium plan was cancelled and refunded on 16th October 2018. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  It usually takes 5-10 business days for a refund to show on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around then.
