I was charged €48 for the G-suite and I had asked for it to be cancelled earlier in the year. How do I get a refund?

The account you are currently logged in hasn’t purchased any G Suite subscriptions. Which domain did you purchase G Suite for? Please don’t post any transaction details here, your domain is the only information I need for now.

Sorry! I realised it was for another domain, but I did ask for that to be canceled too. It’s the what-the-fic.com domain

No problem. what-the-fic.com was cancelled several months ago and owned by the sagasandshorts account you posted from above.
I can see you chatted with one our Happiness Engineers who confirmed they could cancel the G Suite subscription. They asked you confirm a couple of details first, but you did not respond. Therefore the subscription remained active — but I can see you have now cancelled it.
