G Suite renewal

I keep getting emails about the auto renew. I do not want to renew. I thought I had opted out of renewal but the emails keep coming. Please do not renew.

There are no purchases for G Suite on the account you are logged in to (adammann14). Could you have made the purchase using a different account?

I have now received a receipt for payment I did not want to make. The receipt is for G Suite tampandbrew.com and Receipt ID: [redacted]. In my account it says I have no past payments, not future payments and no stored credit cards. I’m confused as to why then I have been billed when there is no information for me to view. When I go to Manage Purchases it says I do not have any sites yet. So what am I being billed for? How can I be refunded?

Glad you’ve found it :)
I see you cancelled the domain and G Suite upgrades on your account. Only G Suite was showing as refunded, so I issued a refund for the domain costs too.
Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement — although this can take a little longer if you live outside the US. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
