Gaining ownership of a site that I bought from website builder

    Hello thank you in advance for helping me.
    I bought my website from the company that built it and the WordPress login credentials are wrong and I can’t seem to get them from them.
    I have receipts from the purchase and I own the domain name.
    What do I do?

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
