Gallery for photographic slideshow.

  Hi

  The Gallery widget does not work very well because it does not allow for easy ordering of my photographs since as I work on a laptop, a good part of the page is cut off, with no ability to scroll to get to the pictures that are not on screen.
  Therefore,
  I wish to add a plugin, and don’t know how to do that.

  Here is the plugin I would like to add:

  The installation instructions say I should go to my Plugins page to install. However I do not see such a page on my dashboard.

  Can you show me an example of a page where you are seeing this happen?

  While plugins are common on self hosted WordPress sites, due to security concerns, they are not available on WordPress.com. There is more info regarding WordPress.com and plugins here:
