  Is it possible to have two rows of texts in the description box under images in a gallery?

  There are two areas that display text with images:
  Caption, which you will see under the image in a post with a Gallery as well as on a single image

  Description, which will be displayed when viewing an image in its Attachment Page or in the Photo Carousel.

  While you could have long captions, it does tend to throw things out of kilter.
