Gallery option not available / Re-order photos

  Hey there,

  I’m building a site and I might just be overlooking something but I can not for the life of me find how to add a gallery. I have clicked on “Upload/Insert” over and over again and there is no gallery tab with in that. It’s just “computer”/”URL”/”Media”/”embed” There is never an option to add a gallery.

  I have also created numerous galleries in the gallery section of wordpress and used short code to add them in but if I do it that way I have no control over the order which is important. I have drag and droped them into the right order and republished, still out of order. I have renamed the files and republished, still not in the right order, I have re uploaded all the media and still not in the right order.

  Can some one please help me. I just want to add a gallery either via the “Gallery” section or wordpress or via the Gallery tab in the media section but I need to be able to control the order of the photos. I hope this is just something stupid I’m overlooking. I would rather not have to install a plug in but at this point i’ll do anything to get them in the right order.

  After you upload all the photos in the uploader, make sure to click the “Save All Changes” button at the bottom of the screen. Once you do that, the Gallery tab will appear in the uploader.
