gallery thubms layout on homepage also with blogum

  If you post a gallery with the Blogum-theme, the post shows thumbs of the images in the gallery, so far so good.
  But on your homepage, the post shows only the first (full-size) image of the gallery, with a message “this gallery contains x images” under it.
  You have to click to the post before you can start the gallery.

  How can I force Blogum to post with thumbs from the gallery on the homepage too, this saves one click for the public and looks nicer too for my kind of content.

  That happens when you select the gallery post format (which is independent of the gallery feature): select standard.
