I’m sorry for the trouble with the gallery widget. Could you confirm what operating system and browser you’re using? If you’re not sure, you can find those details here: http://supportdetails.com/
Also, do you have any browser extensions or add-ons installed in your browser? (Sometimes those extensions, especially ones that block Javascript, that interfere with buttons like that.) If you do, please try temporarily disabling those extensions or add-ons to see if that resolves the problem.

Hi, thanks Rachel, my op system and browser are windows 7 (64 bit I think) and
Chrome 35.0.1916.153
I don’t think I have any browser add ons or extensions but I’m not sure – how would I find out? -
not sure about add ons but I’ve just checked extensions in settings and only have pinterest and google docs as far as I can see

Thanks for those details. In Chrome, you can see all of your browser extensions on this page:
chrome://extensions/
From that page, you can disable your extensions to see if that helps the gallery widget work. If that doesn’t make a difference, there may be something else causing trouble.
In that case, could you please try testing it in another browser to see if you have the same trouble with the gallery widget there? You can download the latest versions of popular browsers here: http://browsehappy.com/
If the problem is specific to Chrome, I can help you figure out what’s going wrong there, but it’ll help us diagnose the issue if you can test it in another browser. :)
