Gaps between Header and first block of the page

    Hello, I am having trouble sorting out the titles and getting rid of these massive gaps between the header and my first block on each page. I’m not sure how to overcome this issue and I would like some help.
    I don’t want the title to be shown either where the gaps usually are.
