Garage Band File Won't Upload

  I am trying to upload an audio file from Garage Band. It is a voice recording 64MB. I have purchased the space upload already. The file will not upload when I use the file menu, and it won’t drag over either.

  What format is the file in? Is it an MP3 or is it a WAV or an AIFF or something else?
