Gateway Time out

    We launched our site last night and are getting a Gateway time out this morning. I can’t get into my admin page because of the time out so I can’t access live chat support. Any suggestions?

    Hi! For a gateway error, I’d definitely recommend getting in touch with your host. You might also figure out whether you need page caching, etc. There are plugins for that.

    Also for help with WordPress in general, since you’re using your own copy with Network Solutions, you’d want to use the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ instead — those are best for self managed site.
