Gavatar and WordPress

    I have used and responded to WP site for a long time.
    at some time about 4 months ago, I posted on a WP site and shortly afterward a Reader appeared on my screen,
    On one particular site I can no longer post,
    What I have traced it to is Gavatar, which has been picked up from one of the sites
    I have tried constantly to get rid of it.
    I only have one e-mail address, so I can’t use a different log in,
    I do have different Usernames but on site just doesn’t want to accept any replies
    even to the question’ Am I blocked’
    I can’t use Facebook to log in as that uses the same E-mail
    If trying to resolve the matter I end up at ‘You don’t have any WordPress sites yet’ and the option to create one,
    Which I don’t want to do..
    WP gives me options to Log In ,using one of my created names, but in general I have to change the password and don’t necessarily get access
    Any suggestions

    Hi David,

    What’s the address of the site you’re referring to and what exactly you’re trying to do. I got a bit confused by your explanation of your situation.

    Hi,
    I don’t have a site, although Gravatar lists me as Ian R@dakota600
    Generally I only post on others forums
    I was on one of those forums, and Gavatar seems to attach to my email ,
    Which site ? not sure , I think I use about 5
    On one the screen shows a black strip that say from the left to right …WP logo… My Site then on the other side me symbol and finally the ….. all /unread/comment/follows/likes symbol
    I think it might be down to the common component, the email address

    Alright so, when you create a Gravatar, a WordPress.com account will be created for your automatically. You do not need to have a WordPress.com site.
    You can still access your WordPress.com account, search for blogs that interest you, comment on them, subscribe to them, etc.

    So up until that point, everything is as expected.

    Were you trying to comment on a particular site and had problems doing it? If so, what was the address of that site?
