  Hi there,

  The Cookie & Consents Banner Widget is only available for users with a paid WordPress.com Plan:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/cookie-widget/#how-to-enable-the-widget

  However, when visitors view your site, they will see the privacy banner appear across the bottom of the screen that they can agree to:
