general settings error

under the general settings, it keeps showing me this e-mail (email visible only to moderators and staff)
This address is used for admin purposes. If you change this we will send you an email at your new address to confirm it. The new address will not become active until confirmed.
There is a pending change of the admin email to (my e-mail)
but am not really receiving any confirmation e-mail till now and still not getting any notifications about my website how can I fix this it’s driving me crazyThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Of which site are you speaking? There are no email options for WordPress.com sites under Settings, as the email address for WordPress.com is controlled on the account level, not the site level.
This tells me you’re trying to make changes on a site hosted somewhere else and using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org. We have no control over such sites, and we’re not able to help you with this issue in this forum.
