General Settings Tab not showing up properly in Chrome or Safari

  I can’t figure out how to fix my general settings tab while I try to edit my settings on my site. It’s blank and looks like formatting is off and I can’t choose any options on it. I have never seen anything like this and it doesn’t seem like something that is a common problem.
