I am currently frustrated with my practice website which someone else manages on their own type of platform. I want to switch to wordpress but don’t know how. I also don’t know how to do SEO, google ads, etc. that this other company is currently doing for me.

I see that your site is using the October CMS software. So, you have to contact your current developer and ask them if they can export an XML file that can be imported into WordPress. If this is not possible, then the only way to transfer your content here is by copying and pasting it.
