Gestione DNS e indirizzi IP

    Buongiorno,
    ho acquistato su aruba il dominio http://www.lasermake.it con gestione DNS + posta da collegare al sito http://www.lasemake.wordpress.com. Ho settato i name server come richiesto (NS1.WORDPRESS.COM, NS2.WORDPRESS.COM, NS3.WORDPRESS.COM) , ho acqusitato la mappatura del dominio ma non riesco a farlo funzionare anche dopo qualche giorno.
    In realtà nel pannello di gestione DNS di aruba oltre al name server c’è una casella per inserire a fianco di ognuno un inidirizzo IP, può essere che si debbano inserire gli indiirizzi IP corretti per farlo funzionare? Quali inidirizzi IP devo inserire? Grazie,

    WordPress.com does not use static IP addresses, so there aren’t IP addresses to enter with those name servers. We also have more details in our guide to Map an Existing Domain, or you may need to contact Aruba for more help with that change.

    il gestore del dominio (Aruba) mi comunica che il cambio dei name server fallisce a seguito di una vostra errata configurazione della zona dns del dominio sui vostri ns.
    Noi abbiamo impostato i nameserver NS1.WORDPRESS.COM, NS2.WORDPRESS.COM e NS3.WORDPRESS.COM ma non vengono accettati dall’Authority Italiana per la registrazione dei domini con estensione .IT.
    Le soluzioni che propone il nostro gestore del dominio, e che vi chiediamo, sono le seguenti:
    SOLUZIONE 1
    – correzione della zona affinché si possa riprovare ad inoltrare il cambio.
    (potete verificare autonomamente se il cambio sarà accettato da questo link : http://www.nic.it/dns-check/)

    SOLUZIONE 2
    – manterremo i Name Server Aruba come autoritativi ma dovrete comunicarci come impostare il puntamento dell’host WWW e “nomedominio” affinché digitantoli raggiungano il mio spazio su WordPress.

    Spero mi possiate aiutare perchè altrimenti non riusciamo a fare il collegamento del dominio.

    Hi Michele,

    the domain manager (Aruba) tells me that the change of name server fails due to a misconfiguration of your area dns domain on your ns.
    We have set the nameservers NS1.WORDPRESS.COM, NS2.WORDPRESS.COM and NS3.WORDPRESS.COM but are not accepted by the Authority Italian for registering domains with .IT extension.
    The solutions we offer our domain manager, and we ask, are as follows:
    SOLUTION 1
    – Correction of the area so that we can try again to submit the change.

    SOLUTION 2
    – We will maintain the Name Servers Aruba as authoritative but you’ll have to tell you how to set the WWW pointing host and “domainname” so digitantoli reach my space on WordPress.

    I checked your domain at the link Aruba provided: http://www.nic.it/dns-check/

    If you check the three WordPress.com name servers (NS1.WORDPRESS.COM, NS2.WORDPRESS.COM and NS3.WORDPRESS.COM) with your domain, the only warning is for your email record:

    MX lasermake.it mail handled by mx.lasermake.it. with priority 10

    That specific MX record won’t work with your domain, because WordPress.com does not offer email service at mx.lasermake.it. If you have email service through Aruba, please ask Aruba for the correct DNS records for that email service — I can help you enter those here at WordPress.com so your email will work here.

    That way, once Aruba changes your domain to use the WordPress.com name servers, your domain and email will continue working.

    Buongiorno,
    la ringrazio per l’informazione, ora il puntamento al dominio funziona correttamente (Ho eleiminato il record MX nel pannello WordPress).
    Purtoppo non riesco ad utilizzare la posta perchè cambiando i name server di aruba anche loro non la possono gestire.
    Esiste qualche altro sistema per poter utilizzare una casella tipo “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”? Uitilizzando un servizio esterno tipo Gmail di Google si potrebbe fare?

    Hi Michele,

    thank you for the information, now pointing to the domain working properly (I eleiminato the MX record in the panel WordPress).
    Unfortunately I can not use the mail because changing the name servers of Aruba even they can not handle.
    Is there some other system to use a box type “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”? Uitilizzando an external service like Google’s Gmail could be done?

    If you want to use an external email service, you can follow the steps in our guide to Add Email to set that up. You will need to choose what service you want to use and register with that service first. If you’d like help setting up the service here, please let me know what email service you are using and I can help with that step. :)

    Another option is to use our Email Forwarding service. That way you can have a custom email address that forwards emails to your regular email address.
