  Are you trying to transfer your domain to WordPress.com?

  Please follow steps from our support document to transfer your domain name to WordPress.com
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/#transferring-a-domain-to-wordpress-com

  You also need a WordPress.com plan for transferring your domain to WordPress.com.

  If you wish to transfer a domain registered through WordPress.com to Another Registrar:
