  Dear Support, how can I get back my account, if my verification dosent work, because I dont use my phone number where I get a verification code?

  What site/account are you trying to access?

  If you’re locked out due to two-step authentication, please use one of the backup codes that were generated when you set that up.

  If you don’t have your backup codes any more, or didn’t print them out at all, then you’ll need to verify your ownership via our account recovery process before we can let you access the account again.
