Get back my domain nam

    Hello,

    I had suscribed to a personnel plan from wordpress which, after a few uses, I realise was absolutly not what I was looking for. I decided then to delete the website and did delete also my domain name, this one by mistake. Since then, it is impossible for me to get it back. Could you be able please to help me find my domain name back ? It will be surely appreciated.

    Hi Caroline –

    I can see that we’ve already processed the full refund of €48.00. It typically takes about ten days for those funds to reach you. If there’s a delay I suggest following up directly with the bank since we’ve already released the money to them.

    The domain caroline-vvk.com was cancelled on the 12th and should be available to register again as new 5 days afterwards. If you are unable to register the domain as new on the 17th write back and let me know.

    If you need to use the domain immediately then we can restore it here to your account. I’ll have to send you a payment form for the registration since we’ve already processed a refund. Then, you can point the domain to your new provider through DNS changes.
